The year is 2021. I do business in a purely male environment. I am a co-owner and co-founder of the first biohacker company in the Czech Republic, Code of Life. After two years of intensive work I realise that the work and creation don’t make me happy. I realise that it has been like this for some time and that a change is necessary. Subsequently, I meet the right people who support me in pursuing the vision that was deep within me. I am a woman. I am cyclical and my approach to myself must be different from how men approach themselves, both in the field of business and biohacking itself.

I spent several years looking for a project that would be dedicated to female biohacking and longevity. The Czech translation of this word is not quite accurate as longevity is focused mainly on slowing ageing and extending healthspan. Even though I have found many interesting projects dedicated to female heath, I couldn’t find a single one that would deal with female biohacking in a modern, expert, and complex way.

It was only natural that I decided to found one. And so the journey began. Systers celebrated its first birthday on 1st November 2022. We passed through a real tornado in our first year, from dramatic team changes, to big falls and money invested in the wrong places, to the point where we are now. I am very grateful to the Systers team that inspires me every day, motivates me to keep moving forward together. Even more so, since my beloved mum is involved in this project, which brings me ever closer to her. And what is our vision, values, and direction? Where is Systers headed?

Systers is headed very high and far. The archetype of the project is the UNI.corn, and it’s not because among start-ups, a unicorn company is considered successful, but because this mystical being carries a hidden symbolism that we will gradually unveil for you. In its core, the UNI.corn is truthful and that is the main value of Systers. Life in truth. It means having great courage and clean spectacles. Our company culture is based on radical honesty, lies have no place among us. This value encompasses everything.

Regarding the vision, mission, and meaning of Systers, it is simple: We are dedicated to scientific wellness, optimising female biology and fertility, explore the oral, vaginal, gut, and dermal microbiomes, stress and resilience, and we will gradually start focusing on preparation for motherhood and parenthood, healthy female cycle, the menopausal transition, solwing down ageing, and so on and on.

Our main milestones are as follows:

1. The first milestone was launching an e-shop with premium dietary supplements - to choose only the best products available in the market. Dig deep in the production and philosophy of the manufacturer. This happened in 2021. Our unicorn energy was wild in the beginning, however, and so we had to reorganise the eshop from left to right until we finally landed in the right place.
2. The second milestone was to launch Systers camps / retreats. We did it. Since the end of 2021, we have held 5 successful camps and there are more ahead of us. It is a completely unique concept in the world. You can take a look at the camp on our website, as it is hard to put into words.
3. The third milestone was to have two VIP companies to dedicate ourselves to during one year. To create meaningful team building and bring their team to the unicorn world. We managed this, too. This point helped us survive difficult times when we made bad financial decisions. 
4. The fourth milestone was to create an internal core team of female biohackers who would help me create expert know-how for women. This happened in the summer of 2022, and thanks to this we are publishing a new article in our magazine every week.
5. The fifth milestone is the YouTube channel where we can share expert know-how for women and publish at least one video a week.

I will also share with you a few more milestones that you can share with us in the following year or years.

1. The first such milestone that will come true in a couple of weeks is our Systers chocolates. We have been working on them for a year. We have known the supplier of ingredients for several years, and so we know the production process, too. These chocolates are completely unique in the world. Not only do they contain criollo beans - a ceremonial cacao variety, but also adaptogenic medicinal mushrooms, the purest in the world because they come from Finland. Finland has the purest air and water as well as the largest area (11.6 hectares) of ecologically certified forests in the world. The company we started this with has been in our hearts since our first meeting at the Biohacker Summit in Helsinki - it is KÄÄPÄ MUSHROOMS. You will hear more about them from us. We have our chocolate made in Prague chocolate factory, in the family company Steiner & Kovarik. This is not a chocolate to be eaten in front of the TV, it is meant to make you pause, to be shared and enjoyed. Due to high demand, the chocolates are now completely sold out, but we are working hard to make them available again!
2. Another milestone is the Systers Academy of female biohacking. It will take several years to prepare for this milestone, but we will share it bit by bit. The Academy will work online, and in a few years offline as well. You will have the opportunity to complete the several-year course concluded with a final certificate from us and the future board of experts.
3. And so on. Dear Systers. The future holds a magazine, various online courses, ebooks, our own products, a mobile application, and loads more.

Systers is a great blessing for me. I am very aware that we are creating something completely unique, which means it is all the more important to be mindful and not to rush. We are building a pyramid, and that is a slow and long process. But it will stand forever. This project extends beyond us all. I am grateful I can be part of something like this and look forward to welcoming more and more people who want to see a change in this area and be an active part of it. Please, be patient with us, we are still at the beginning, laying the cornerstones.
