Protocol:
After midday: Add 2ml of lion’s mane (full dropper is 6ml) to your afternoon coffee, tea, or just on your tongue.
Afternoon / evening: Place 2ml of reishi under your tongue or add to your tea.
Anytime: Place 2ml of chaga directly in your mouth or add to your coffee or tea.
Follow this protocol for a maximum of 3 months, then take at least 1 week break, ideally an entire month. You can obviously use every tincture on its own and observe how they affect your body. For example, use only 2ml of reishi for a week, the next week only lion’s mane, then only chaga.
Suggested use:
All tinctures are intended for everyday use, combine well, and so you can use them all without problems. However, if you are pregnant, these supplements are not suitable for you.
Lion’s mane: Use a maximum of 2ml a day. Start with smaller doses and increase gradually.
Reishi: Maximum 2ml a day.
Chaga: Maximum 2ml a day.
Storage: Thanks to the alcohol content, these can be stored for up to 3 years. After opening, store at room temperature and consume ideally within 6 months.
