Volcanic heart
Zeolite, sometimes called “the volcanic heart” and “stone of life” is a volcanic mineral from the Turkish part of the Aegean Sea. It was formed millions of years ago in volcanic eruptions, and there are more than 150 kinds of this mineral known to us today.
The best-known natural zeolite is clinoptilolite. It has a special crystalline structure and extensive inner surface area, which is precisely what allows it to trap toxins, pesticides, and heavy metals, and that makes it a great help in detoxification. It acts like a sponge - it can absorb dangerous substances in the intestines, helping to excrete them naturally with stool without burdening the metabolism.
Suggested use:
Internally:
- Add a heaped teaspoon to 250 ml water and drink before or after a meal twice a day.
- If you take medicine, drink zeolite with a space of at least 2 hours.
Externally, on the skin:
- Zeolite works in wonderful synergy with coconut oil (opt for an organic one). Mix zeolite with coconut oil (or simply with water) and use as a body mask or face mask.
