This Medicine Magic blend combines gently processed certified cacao beans from South American farmers with various herbs and spices from the Amazonian rainforest. While cacao caresses your taste buds, the combination of cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, chilli, basil, and verbena deepens your connection with others as well as with yourself.
Cacao as a complex superfood
Cacao beans contain plenty of active compounds with stimulating effects - they bring about a pleasant state of alertness. They nourish the body with a helping of minerals, such as magnesium, calcium, and iron, and provide B group vitamins, vitamins C and E, as well as healthy fats, and the important alkaloid theobromine. At the same time, cacao contains 3 times more flavonoids than green tea. You might also be interested to know that shamans used to use cacao beans to ward off negativity, induce euphoric states, and connect with the energy of one’s centre - the heart energy.
Preparation:
- Mix one portion (50 g) with warm milk or water (ideal temperature 70 °C).
Ingredients: Cacao (Theobroma cacao), cacao butter, combination of spices (cinnamon, cardamom, cloves and chilli), combination of herbs (basil, verbena).
