Not all butter is created equal. This ghee, unlike regular butter, is naturally gluten-free and contains no salt or preservatives. Moreover, thanks to a triple filtration process that ensures 100% elimination of lactose, casein, and water, it becomes a reliable companion even for those who may otherwise have difficulty with lactose. Your kitchen will be filled with the aroma of freshly cooked noodles with curd, and you won't find the typical taste of low-quality butters in it.

Why is ghee a part of our pantry?

It is honest and high-quality, as evidenced by the German DEMETER certification. It comes from cows exclusively fed with grass (in the summer) and hay (in the winter).
It is a source of omega-3 fatty acids, vitamins A, D, E, K, and butyric acid.
