What convinced us about this tea blend?

  • Unique Flavor: It has a unique taste that combines honey with fruity tones.
  • Mind and Body Relaxation: It helps calm the mind and relax the body, especially due to the presence of cardamom.
  • Supports Digestive Health: It supports healthy digestion and proper digestive system function. In both activities, it is aided by (once again) cardamom, this time together with star anise.
  • Ideal Companion for Cold Seasons: It is an ideal companion for flu and cold seasons. It contains pepper and ginger, contributing to the enhancement of the body's resilience.

How to prepare a cup of honey delight?

  • Masala Tea: Bring approximately 250 ml of water to a boil in a pot. Add 1 heaping teaspoon of TOMCHAi blend and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes (you can add honey, syrup, or sugar). Pour in 100 ml of milk, bring it to a boil again, and let it froth at least 3 times. Finally, strain the mixture.
  • Chai Latte: Mix approximately 100 ml of water, 250 ml of milk, and 1 teaspoon of honey (or sugar, syrup, etc.) in a pot. Add 1 heaping teaspoon of TOMCHAi blend and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes, allowing the milk to froth several times. Strain the mixture.
  • Iced Chai Latte: Bring about 150 ml of water to a boil. Add 1 heaping teaspoon of TOMCHAi blend and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes. Strain the strong infusion over a sieve into a glass, pour in approximately 250 ml of chilled milk, and add a few ice cubes. You can also complement the entire drink with milk foam or ground cinnamon.
  • Hot Apple with Masala Tea: Bring approximately 150 ml of water together with 200 ml of apple juice or cider to a boil. Add 1 heaping teaspoon of TOMCHAi blend and continue boiling for another 10 to 15 minutes. Finally, strain the mixture.
  • Iced Masala with Cider: Pour about 150 ml of water into a pot and heat it. Once the water boils, add 1 heaping teaspoon of TOMCHAi blend and boil together for another 10 to 15 minutes. Strain the infusion into a glass, add 250 ml of apple cider or juice, and throw in a few ice cubes. You can also garnish the drink with slices of fresh apple.

Some of the toughest life lessons often yield some of the best things. This wisdom was affirmed by Tom, who set out in 2019 with empty pockets and an open heart to travel through Sri Lanka, India, and Nepal. Upon returning to his homeland, he brought back not only valuable experiences but also a wealth of authentic recipes, flavors, and scents of the Orient. This included those associated with tea culture. And so, TOMCHAi was born, which is no longer just about Tom but also about his wife Bára and a community of people who share their journey. With respect for nature and human labor, they create a beverage that connects – excellent ingredients in organic quality, people, and ourselves. In this way, you too can have a piece of the Orient at home!
