Each capsule of these women's probiotics contains 15 billion CFU (Colony Forming Units = the number of active bacteria capable of forming colonies). Every single one is ready to help balance your gut and vaginal microbiome. To complete their mission, the lactobacilli come equipped with a snack — prebiotics (inulin).
