Systers Academie
Academy of Regenerative Health & Longevity for Women
Enter a space where women’s health isn’t handled superficially, but in depth. The Academy was created in response to the call of thousands of women—women who want to understand their bodies, emotions, and cyclicity in a language that feels their own. It’s a complete system that unites the latest scientific insights with the wisdom of nature and tradition. A place where you’ll rediscover your power, vitality, and direction—in a world that finally starts to make sense for the female body, too.
The Academy starts on 29.10.2025 - sign up!
Evidence-based | Ancient-wise | Bullshit-free
The female body is not a scaled-down male body. It is original, intelligent, and worthy of attention.
Although women make up 51% of the world’s population, women’s health has been overlooked for centuries—in research, in medicine, and in everyday care. Yet the female body differs from the male not only hormonally, but at the level of every cell. These differences affect everything—from metabolism and brain function to immune response.
Even today, most scientific studies focus primarily on the male body or on male animals in model research. Why? Because female biology—with menstrual cycles, pregnancy, and menopause—is considered “too complex.” And that’s exactly why it’s time to change it. The Academy was created as an answer to this gap. It offers a space where women’s health is taken seriously—in all its cyclical variability and power.
We still feel the consequences of overlooking female physiology.
Imbalance in scientific research has real impacts on women’s health worldwide. Among the most significant:
- Women have a 50% higher risk of a misdiagnosed cardiac event than men.
- Depression and anxiety affect women almost twice as often.
- Only 12% of Alzheimer’s research focuses on women, even though they make up two-thirds of patients.
- Burnout appears up to three times more often in women than in men.
- Many drugs show lower efficacy in women and a higher incidence of side effects.
These data aren’t alarming to spark fear—but to support a conscious decision to take your health back into your own hands. That’s where change begins.
And what about modern health approaches—do they work for women?
Just like most health studies, most popular health methods were designed for male bodies. From a hormonal standpoint, men have a more stable and predictable physiology—so they often do well with protocols that include fasting, extreme cold exposure, specific supplementation, or high doses of intense training.
But women work differently. Their bodies are cyclical, variable, and more sensitive to external inputs. And that’s not a weakness—but a strength that can be a source of deep wisdom. When women learn to listen to their body’s signals and respect their physiology, they can use modern approaches in ways that truly support them—not drain them.
In the Academy of Regenerative Health & Longevity we’ll show you how. Scientifically, clearly, and in alignment with what’s natural for the female body.

02. Cyclicity and Hormonal Health
Working with female cyclicity is one of the most effective tools for caring for your health and experiencing everyday life more consciously. In this module, you’ll dive into the function of key hormones—and their influence on your mood, cognition, energy, and physical performance. We’ll also show you substances, habits, and techniques that disrupt hormonal balance, and those that support it. With this knowledge you’ll better time daily activities in line with your rhythms and needs. You’ll learn to handle PMS, support fertility and overall vitality—and, above all, deeply tune into what your body needs. Whatever life stage you’re in—menarche, motherhood, perimenopause, or menopause—understanding cyclicity is a gift that can guide you for life.

03. The Microbial World
The human body is not an isolated organism—it’s a living ecosystem. On the skin, in the mouth, in the gut, and in the vaginal environment live trillions of microorganisms that share everyday life with you. Their presence and balance profoundly affect your digestion, immunity, mood, and hormonal health. In this module you’ll learn to understand terms like dysbiosis, the gut–brain axis, or quorum sensing—and, above all, why a healthy microbiome is key to overall vitality. You’ll get practical guidance on caring for your inner ecosystem, reading your body’s signals, and supporting coexistence with microbes that together form one whole with you.

04. Nutrition Tailored to Women
Did you know that modern nutrition trends can harm women if applied incorrectly? And that in specific phases of the cycle or life it’s wise to adapt your diet to what the body truly needs? The food you choose each day doesn’t just affect your energy or weight—it’s a direct signal to your hormonal system, metabolism, and psyche. In this module, we’ll offer a simple and clear framework for a regenerative way of eating that honors the needs of the female body across life stages. Food is also a choice—for your health and for the world our children and grandchildren will live in. We’ll show you key guideposts, but the final path will always be in your hands—respecting your bio-individuality and your body’s rhythm.

05. Supplements for Women in All Life Stages
Sometimes even the best-balanced diet doesn’t cover everything our bodies need in different life phases. Hormonal changes, stress, overload, soil and environmental quality, or simply individual needs—all affect how well we absorb key nutrients. In this module, we’ll introduce basic and advanced supplements that can support the female body in puberty, reproductive years, pregnancy, perimenopause, and menopause. We’ll explain why universal multivitamins aren’t enough, how to choose quality products, what truly works, and what to avoid. You’ll learn to work with supplementation so it’s supportive, conscious, and aligned with where you are right now.

06. The Female Brain
Maintaining mental balance, supporting memory, resilience, and preventing neurodegeneration—all relate to nervous system health, which in women is dynamic and cyclical. In this module, we’ll look at how the female brain develops and changes over time, how hormones influence it, and what care truly benefits it. We’ll offer a foundation in female neurobiology and inspiration for conscious practice—whether nutrition, supplements, rest, or mental training. You may discover that when you work with the brain as a living, changing organism, the inner fire of your motivation and creativity can burn more steadily—without burnout.
Molecular biologist, biochemist & neuro(physio)logist: Mgr. Kristýna Zezulovámentor
07. Stress & Resilience
You may feel you already know how to work with stress—but do you really know the deeper causes, physiological connections, and strategies that help you return to your center without exhaustion? In this module, we’ll dive into the nervous system, the HPA axis, the para- and sympathetic systems, and the less visible stressors that affect us every day—yet we often overlook them. We’ll show how stress relates to female cyclicity, hormonal balance, and a felt sense of safety in the body. You’ll gain tools to recognize stress signals before they overwhelm you—and to gradually create an inner ecosystem in which you feel stable, strong, and deeply aligned with yourself.
Molecular biologist, biochemist & neuro(physio)logist: Mgr. Kristýna Zezulovámentor
08. How Blood Sugar Works + CGM Experiment
Blood sugar plays a crucial role in how you feel each day—it affects your energy, mood, focus, and hormonal balance. In this module, we’ll explore the principles of healthy glycemia, why blood sugar swings are a major trigger for fatigue, overeating, or mood fluctuations, and how this relates to the female body. A practical part of the module is the option to try CGM (Continuous Glucose Monitoring)—an experiment with continuous glucose tracking that can open your eyes to how your body reacts to specific foods, stress, or movement. You’ll gain deeper understanding of your individual needs and the chance to tune into a more stable, sustainable rhythm.

Aging isn’t just about wrinkles and gray hair—it’s a complex, whole-body process happening across every organ system. In this module, we’ll look at how aging of the brain, gut, heart, liver, skin, and hormonal system interrelate—and how lifestyle influences the whole process. We’ll focus on signs of so-called premature aging and offer a path to regeneration—ways to slow cellular wear, increase vitality, and support longevity across systems using science-backed and natural approaches. This module helps you see the body as an interconnected whole and offers concrete steps to age with grace, strength, and awareness.

This module helps you understand the physiological and hormonal changes that naturally occur in a woman’s body during perimenopause and menopause. You’ll learn to recognize your body’s signals, support it through the transition, and see this life stage as both challenge and opportunity. We’ll explore not only how to ease uncomfortable symptoms with natural and clinically proven approaches, but also how to restore your strength, energy, and inner balance. The body’s wisdom doesn’t diminish in this period—on the contrary, it begins to speak with a new voice.
Founder of Systers: Ing. Victoria Deer, M.A.mentor
11. Longevity Technologies, Protocols for Women
In this module, we’ll guide you through the world of longevity through the lens of the female body. We’ll introduce the latest longevity technologies—from photobiomodulation to neurostimulation to regenerative approaches—and teach you how to use them sensitively, meaningfully, and safely. You’ll learn which methods truly support female physiology and regeneration, and what to watch out for when implementing them. The goal is to help you create your own realistic, long-term system of care for body, mind, and nervous system—in tune with life stages, hormonal changes, and natural rhythms. Technology should serve the body—not control it.

Radek Laci
For Radek, movement was never just physical activity. From childhood in a children’s home, it was a way to release emotions we often can’t even name. Even then he intuitively felt that body and emotions are deeply connected—and today he brings this experience to his classes, workshops, and the Movement Espresso program. He believes suppressed emotions don’t disappear—they store in the body, close the chest, tense the shoulders, ache in the back, or tighten the hips. Movement can be the way to release these blocks and bring more lightness to body and soul.
Mgr. Dalibor Chytil
Herbs and modern science—their connection forms his path and vision of the future. A trained chemist and herbalist, he focuses on sharing practical tips to improve health and understand the body’s signals. He helps people grasp what’s really happening with their health—and how to help themselves effectively and naturally along the way.

What is regenerative wellbeing and longevity?
Regenerative wellbeing and longevity is an approach to health that doesn’t focus only on managing symptoms, but on truly restoring the vitality and function of body and mind—long-term and sustainably. It’s not based on quick fixes, but on deep understanding of human biology, natural rhythms, the needs of different life stages, and respect for nature’s cycles. A regenerative approach nourishes not only the body, but also your relationship with yourself, community, and the planet—and that’s what opens the path to longevity that’s not only about lifespan, but above all about quality of life.

How will the Academy run?
Every Sunday we’ll unlock access to the next module, which you can go through at your own pace—anytime and from anywhere. For the first three months, there will also be a live session each month with Victoria Deer, with space for your questions. Can’t be online? No problem—send your questions ahead, and we’ll send you the recording the next day. Throughout the first three months, mentor support will be available on the platform. And for the entire year you’ll be part of an active WhatsApp group to connect with other women, share experiences, questions, and the joy of new discoveries.
Do I need prior knowledge of biology or health?
Not at all. On our Academy’s deck, we welcome women from all professions and life paths—whether you’re a physician, yoga teacher, or just recently began taking an interest in your health. Prior knowledge of biology or regenerative health can help, but it isn’t required—sometimes a fresh perspective and open mind is the greatest gift. The Academy is built to support you at every stage of your journey.
I’m a man. Can I enroll?
Absolutely. Knowledge of female biology, cyclicity, and regenerative health isn’t just for women—it’s essential for partners, friends, relatives, and all professionals who work with women. If you want to better understand how the female body works, its needs across life stages, and how to support it with respect and understanding, you’re welcome here. Let’s build a world together where women receive care tailored to them.
I’m pregnant, breastfeeding, or post-menopausal. Will the Academy be relevant to me?
Yes, definitely. Although the Academy isn’t currently focused specifically on pregnancy and breastfeeding, many of the principles we share—from nervous system work to nutrition to regeneration—can be very beneficial in these periods. For women in perimenopause, in or after menopause, we also have a dedicated module that offers information and tools tailored to this life stage.
How long will I have access to the materials?
You’ll have access to all videos, audios, and other modules for a full year (12 months), so you have plenty of time to proceed at your own pace and return to the materials whenever you wish. The e-books are yours forever—so you can return to them even at 250 years old. We’ll be happy if the Academy becomes your annual ritual—we expand, deepen, and update it each year according to the latest knowledge and our students’ experience.
I have a demanding job—can I manage the Academy?
We understand daily life is often packed. That’s why we designed the Academy to be manageable even with full-time work. On average, it won’t take more than 3–4 hours per week, and—most importantly—you don’t have to do everything at once. Choose the topics that call to you most at any given moment. The Academy is a space of support and inspiration for you, not another pressure in your calendar.
Is the Academy accredited? Will I receive a certificate?
The Academy doesn’t yet have official accreditation, but you’ll receive a Systers certificate upon completion, confirming your knowledge and practical skills in regenerative health and women’s longevity. You can use this as proof of development—for yourself, your practice, or further education.
Will the Academy run again?
Yes, we open the Academy twice a year—always in January and September. If you don’t join now, you’ll have a chance to jump in next time. Each version evolves, so the content may shift slightly and grow richer.
Can I enroll if I have health issues?
Yes, absolutely. The Academy is primarily educational and aims to broaden your horizons and offer practical information you can use as inspiration and support on your health journey. Your current health status is not a barrier. Please remember that the Academy does not replace individualized medical care—always discuss new approaches or supplements with your physician or specialist.
Will the Academy solve my health problems?
The Academy is not a therapeutic or medical program—it doesn’t offer specific disease treatments. Still, it can offer many insights to help you better understand your body and build a solid foundation for regeneration and long-term vitality. We cover topics like hormonal balance, nutrition tailored to female physiology, stress work, gut and nervous system health. Treat all techniques and recommendations as educational inspiration—if you have serious health issues, consult your steps with a doctor.
What if I’m dissatisfied? Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If within the first week from the Academy’s start you find the format or content doesn’t suit you, write to us and we’ll refund you in full—no questions asked. We want you to feel good in the Academy—and if not, it’s only fair to give you a choice.
