How to take the capsules?
- Start taking the product each month at the peak of ovulation. During the second (luteal) phase of your menstrual cycle, take 4 capsules at any time of the day. Alternatively, you can take 2 capsules in the morning and 2 in the afternoon.
- If you are taking hormonal contraception, consult your doctor about dosage.
