The extract comes from organically grown lion’s mane cultivated in harmony with the pristine Finnish forest. It’s double-extracted with hot water and alcohol at a 1:5 ratio, resulting in a powerful and easily absorbable concentration of active compounds.

• Made from fruiting bodies, not mycelium. The beneficial compounds are concentrated in the mushroom’s fruiting body. Some producers use lab-grown mycelium, but such products may lack key active ingredients.

How to use the tincture

• Ideally include hericium in your evening ritual. It works best when taken about an hour before bedtime, but it also fits nicely into an afternoon tea before studying, demanding mental work, or an important meeting.
• Start gradually and increase the number of drops as needed.
• The recommended maximum daily dose is 2 ml, equivalent to 50–52 drops (one pipette of the 30 ml bottle holds 0.6 ml of tincture).
