It contains no added sugar, preservatives, or lecithin. Beef bone broth is an excellent source of beneficial and easily absorbable amino acids, especially glycine. What convinced us about the Nordic Kings broth?

• It doesn’t contain a speck of additives. The broth contains no emulsifiers such as soy or sunflower lecithin, which means you’ll need to stir it a bit more when preparing it. :) It also contains no preservatives, salt, or other additives and was laboratory-tested for heavy metals.
