Do you want to return the goods?

You can return the goods with us without giving a reason, within 14 days. However, they must not be hygienically degraded in particular.
To return the goods, fill out the form and send the goods to us at the address below. We’ll get your money back soon.

Do you want to claim the goods?

The goods may have defects, whether obvious or hidden. In any case, you can complain about it. The consumer can exercise the right to a defect that occurs in the consumer goods within 24 months of receipt, while during the first 6 months it is considered that the Goods were defective upon receipt.

However, liability for defects does not apply to normal wear and tear and mechanical damage, nor to improper use of the goods. You can find out more in our general terms and conditions.

To complain about the goods, send us an e-mail with a photo proving the defect to the address below. We will decide on the complaint and further procedure within 3 days and we will inform you about the settlement of the complaint within 30 days.
